    Funny…I’m dealing with ‘cleaing out’ a lot of this kind of stuff lately. Bondage to false thoughts about oneself are some of the hardest bonds to break. Especially if they’ve been perpetuated by people you trust. It’s good though! Once they are dealt with, there is such freedom in terms of a deadening of those hurts/haunts. It’s wonderful!

    Yep, you’re absolutely right, that expansive feeling that comes afterward. Maybe we’re a little late for our spring cleaning?! I never knew it was possible to clear this muck out before, but it totally is… :-)

    Thankfully, that invisible under current of negativity, despair, confusion all left with the ex husband. Apparently it’s quite toxic to live with someone who isn’t straightforward! Thank goodness that is gone!!
