If you live close to the Big Apple, please consider joining Jen and good friends Brenda Ockun from StepMom Magazine, Paula Bisacre of ReMarriage Works and writer Joel Schwartzberg (a remarried father of 3) at the Peace Summit, dedicated to bringing mothers and stepmothers together.
This Wednesday evening, from 7-9 p.m. in Brooklyn. P.S. 29 at 425 Henry St.
We’ll be discussing the biggest stumbling blocks between moms and stepmoms, the man in the middle, the best resources and our personal lessons learned along the way….
This is sure to be a rockin’ evening because all of us have worked together before in some capacity — and believe you me — we’ve had some impassioned conversations together (in public and in private) that I just KNOW are really going to strike a chord in folks!

Jenna on Mars
While Jen is inhaling car fumes and wondering why every time she speaks, the mic makes that horrible screeching sound, Jenna will be conducting her own, super-top-secret, hush-hush, high stakes experiment on Mars.
That’s right.
She’s going where no woman has gone before (okay, well maybe some, but they’re few and far between: you know who you are) — all in the service of furthering the work of No One’s the Bitch.
And it involves shaky knees, clacking together under the table.
And maybe Starbucks.
And… the other woman! Eeek!
This clandestine operation is being conducted for research’s sake, because Jenna AND the ex-wife in her life have bravely agreed to test the prototype for a brand new campaign — dare we say DARE — that we’re going to be unveiling on June 1st.
If you’ve been reading our blog for a while, you may know that their relationship has been on the “cooler” side for some time, though that’s been changing, which is a happy thing!
But as I said…. shhhhh. Mums (literally!) the word.
You’ll have to wait until June to find out just what the hell I am talking about.
And then YOUR knees will be clacking.
And amazing things are going to start happening left and right!
